Heat the milk in the microwave for 1 1/2 minutes on high heat.
Mix all the ingredients in a large mixing bowl until incorporated.
Knead the dough for 2 minutes until it is smooth.
Cover the dough with a clean dish towel and let it rest for 30 minutes.
Divide the dough into 8 equal portions and roll each into a 7" round.
Cook each tortilla on a skillet or griddle for about 1-2 minutes per side until small golden dots form throughout. Cover the cooked tortillas in a clean dish towel to keep warm.
