In a large mixing bowl of a stand mixer; using the dough hook (or in a large mixing bowl if preparing by hand), add the water, yeast, oil, honey and salt. Mix briefly. While kneading, add the flour 1/2 cup at a time until the dough pulls away from the sides of the bowl and is no longer sticky.
Knead the dough for about 5 minutes until the dough becomes smooth and elastic. Cover the dough and let it rise for about 10-20 minutes (if you are in a hurry though you can skip this step and your pizza will still taste amazing).
Remove the dough from the bowl onto a lightly floured or greased surface. Divide the dough in half and roll each half into approximately a 16" round. Carefully transfer the dough onto a greased pizza pan and press the dough softly to spread and fill the pan. Roll the edges of the dough to form a crust.
Add your favorite sauce and toppings to the dough.
Bake at 475 degrees F for 10-15 minutes or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is fully melted. Slice and enjoy!
