This tool is far from lame! In fact it’s pronounced lahm. I love having this handy little guy around for scoring/ slashing the top of my dough. It’s so much easier than using a knife. They are super sharp and slice through dough easily so you aren’t sawing through the dough. They are a great addition to any kitchen!
